RI 405: Pricing, Listing & Marketing the Property

Introducing the presentation of RI Module 405 via two-way video. Partnering with the local associations listed below, we will be able to connect with you from ODU in Norfolk to various locations around the state.
You will report to the location most convenient for you from the list below. The instructor, Pam Ermen, will be broadcasting live from Old Dominion University in Norfolk. The cosponsoring associations below will be linked via computer (think Skype). You will be able to see and hear Pam and she will also be able to see you and hear you from your location. This class times will be the same as all regularly scheduled modules (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) and you will take a multiple-choice exam at the end of the day. You will need to abide by all the REALTOR® Institute policies.

About the class: Research released showed 95 percent of consumers who bought a home started their search with the property. Catching those buyers attention requires your listing have the right price, the right selling tools, and a plan for getting noticed. This course shows you how to strike the right chord including tools for guiding clients to the right price, staging specifics, and planning for the type buyers you need to attract. This course is approved for CE 7 Hours Real Estate Related or PL 7 hours Elective.
