The VAR Instructor Training Institute is designed to help you improve your course development skills, as well as your delivery and presentation style.
A pre-requisite for anyone who wishes to seek a position on the Virginia REALTOR® Institute faculty, the course is valuable for both experienced and inexperienced instructors. National real estate instructor Tina Daniel, along with facilitator Dale Carlton, will be facilitating the three-day program, and participants will use what is learned to develop and deliver instructional presentations that will be videotaped and evaluated by both the facilitator and other classmates.If you’re serious about real estate instruction, register today.

Course Information

Times: 8:30 a.m. -5:30 p.m. Each Day
Location: VAR Headquarters, 10231 Telegraph Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059
Homework: Assigned Daily
Tuition: The three-day course, including all materials and videotape of presentations, is just $275.00.
Materials: A manual is provided to each participant for use during the course and as a tool for further development following the course. Each participant will use what is learned in the first day and a half to develop and deliver instructional presentations. These will be taped and evaluated by the facilitator, Tina Daniel, and fellow classmates. Then participants will keep their evaluations and be sent their own DVDs for further improvement of delivery methods.
Meals: Refreshment breaks will be included each day. A one-hour recess for lunch (on your own) is provided with many restaurant options nearby.
