Kevin McGrath

Education is everything in real estate, and it should excite enough so that no one starts looking for a window to jump from. Following the merger of my Re/MAX Bravo franchise with Long & Foster Real Estate in 2013, I was looking for a new challenge, and education seemed like a good place to start. In the spring of 2012 I had begun teaching a few classes at FAAR (Fredericksburg Association of Realtors®) and finding that I had very little fruits and vegetables thrown at me over the 2 hour period, I decided to dig in and make contributing to education a priority. I regularly teach CE & PL at FAAR, and as they keep asking me back, I assume they can’t get anyone else, or that I must be doing ok; either way, it’s rewarding to see agents get excited about their business.

Available to teach at FAAR only: RI 501, RI 502, RI 503, RI 504, RI 505, RI 506, RI 507, RI 508
