“CI 101 – Financial Analysis For Commercial Investment Real Estate” will be offered over several days in April as part of classes provided through the Virginia CCIM Chapter, according to the Virginia Association of REALTORS.
This flagship CCIM course offers an array of financial analysis concepts and calculations to help students make sound commercial real estate investment decisions. Included in the curriculum are the fundamentals of profitable investing and applying these concepts to commercial properties. Advanced analyses covered throughout the course include real estate cash flow model and time value of money. In addition, students will learn how to accurately measure investment value and performance of a given property. There is no prerequisite for this class.

The class will be held at the Virginia Association of REALTORS headquarters in Glen Allen, VA, and continuing education credit is available.
Registration for the CCIM-designation candidate is $1,090, $1,275 for Realtors, and $1,345 for all others.
