The Virginia Association of REALTORS® is conducting a series of workshops on risk management for real estate brokers in 2008. The classes are being held at six locations around the state, and feature VAR Special Counsel Lawrence E. (Lem) Marshall and real estate brokerage efficiency expert Drexanne Evers.
Topics include office policy, corporate matters, and legal updates as the tour progresses around the state. A list of dates and locations is available in the Virginia Manager's Council area of VARealtor.com. The next class is on Sept. 4 in Roanoke.
Registration is $30-$80 for Realtor members, with discounts applied for online registration. Management continuing education credit is available.
