The REALTORS® Commercial Alliance serves the legislative, regulatory, educational and other specialized needs of individuals with an interest in commercial real estate; and is the business advocate for commercial real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The REALTORS® Commercial Alliance of VAR works with and represents the following affiliates:
SIOR – Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®
CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member
IREM – Institute of Real Estate Management
RLI – REALTORS® Land Institute
Objective:
- Enhance the professionalism, knowledge, and public image of commercial members.
- Provide an extensive, meaningful and unified voice on regulatory and legislative issues.
- Provide networking opportunities and idea exchange among peers.
- Serve as a liaison with other commercial groups.
- To coordinate with existing affiliate Chapters i.e.: SIOR, CCIM, RLI, IREM and the local Commercial groups.
