The Property Management Council serves the Legislative, Regulatory, Educational and other specialized needs of individuals with an interest in property management and leasing; and to assist the Virginia Association of REALTORS® to be the business advocate for property managers in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Property Management Council strives to:
- Enhance professionalism, knowledge and public image of property management and leasing members
- Serve as a liaison with other property management groups and provide networking opportunities through the annual Property Management Coalition Conference held in conjunction with VAMA, IREM, CAI and NARPM.
- Provide a voice for local Associations and members with an interest in property management
- Provide economic benefits to members by identifying products, services and benefits
