Realtors Property Resource® (RPR) is NAR's exclusive online real estate database and provides REALTORS® with information on every parcel of property in the United States as well as a robust portfolio of market trend data, advanced analytical reports, and detailed maps.
In this course, you will learn how automated valuation models (AVMs) may influence consumers' online real estate research efforts. You will also learn how REALTORS® can leverage the full analytical power of the RPR in their listing presentations and buyer counseling sessions. Specific scripts and step-by-step instructions on how to run the seller's report, property report, and market activity report are included.
Between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2016, every Realtor® is required to complete 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. NAR offers a free course.
If you successfully complete NAR's online course and would like to receive continuing and/or post license education credit in Virginia, click here to pay the $10 processing fee.
You will need to forward a copy of your e-mail from NAR to VARConferences@varealtor.com.
Additionally, a course you may have taken for ethics continuing education may have already satisfied this requirement. You will have to check with the course provider to see if the course also qualified for NAR quadrennial ethics and turn in your certificate to your local association.

Quality Service Certification, Inc., (QSC) is recognized as the real estate industry’s premier advocate of consumer-oriented quality service, conducting training and certification programs throughout the U.S. and Canada. QSC already provides thousands of real estate professionals with a proven customer satisfaction program. QSC conducts quality service training throughout North America leading to the QSC designation. Additionally, through its affiliation with Leading Research Corporation, QSC measures customer satisfaction by surveying home sellers and buyers following closing. Is this certification approved for CE credit?
Yes. Both the classroom and online courses are approved for 4 hours CE and PL credit.
How do I become certified?
There are three pathways to certification:
- Attendance at a live program sponsored by a local Association or brokerage.
