This course provides students with an understanding of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Course content includes: USPAP definitions, the Appraisal Standards Board and its activities; coverage and scope of USPAP; USPAP standards, Statements of Appraisal Standards, Advisory Opinion, Ethics, Competency and Departure Provisions. Revisions to the current USPAP included. This course satisfies the requirement as mandated by the Appraisal Board. Required text is the 2006 Edition of USPAP.
