Purpose: To take advantage of the growing potential of the increased globalization of the real estate business, establish a leadership role within the international real estate and business community.
Objectives:
- Provide networking opportunities and idea exchange among peers.
- Serve as a liaison with other specialty groups
- Enhance the professional knowledge, and public image of the international specialist.
- To offer opportunities for peer support, education, recognition and professionalism.

Structure:
- Governing body would be an Advisory Council of up to ten members representing various market areas of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Advisory Council members would elect one Chair/Vice Chair to be approved by VAR Policy Board.
