VAR Registration Desk Hours

The VAR Registration Desk is located on the second level at the Top of the Grand staircase.

  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Meeting Policies

  • Registration is required for attendance at any meeting, event, or function at this meeting.
  • Early registration ends January 6; Regular registration is from January 7 - 30; Onsite registration fees begin on January 31, 2017.
  • Each VAR member or non-REALTOR® licensee must register separately. Non-member/non-licensee spouses/ guests/children must pay a registration fee, if attending.
  • One-day registrants are limited to events on their chosen day.
  • Transfer of registration is not allowed.

Note: The Day on the Hill Lunch is a ticketed event for an additional fee.

Hotel Reservations at the Omni Richmond
The reservations link for the hotel will be sent with your confirmation.  VAR's block expires on January 20, 2017 or when the block fills, whichever comes first.

Cancellation Requests:

  • Must be made in writing and post-marked or faxed by January 30, 2017.  Registration will be refunded in full less a $20 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be made after January 30, 2017.

Casual business attire is recommended for all meetings and events.

Photographs may be taken of conference participants and used by VAR during the course of or following the meeting in all of its print or online publications without payment or any other consideration.
