VIRGINIA BEACH REALTOR RECEIVES ETHICS AWARD AT STATE MEETING

Richmond -- Ann Randolph of Long & Foster Real Estate in Virginia Beach received the 2007 Code of Ethics Leadership Award during the Virginia Association of REALTORS®’ (VAR) annual awards banquet, held February 14 in Richmond.

The Code of Ethics Leadership Award recognizes a Realtor who has made significant contributions by offering advice and counsel on the Code of Ethics, teaching the Code to other Realtors and serving on grievance and professional standards committees.

A member of the Hampton Roads REALTORS Association (HRRA), Randolph is a Certified Ethics Instructor, and teaches new member ethics classes and quadrennial ethics training for HRRA. She has served on their Professional Standards Committee for the past eight years, and also provides training in Risk Management Diversity. She holds four professional designations, including the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
