The Virginia Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) has announced the winner of the state’s Most Significant Commercial Real Estate Transactions for 2007. CCIM, one of the highest-level professional designations in the real estate industry, offers the competition to recognize public and private deals in such areas as income-producing residential, commercial, industrial, mixed use and public developments. The project strives to recognize transactions that require skill and innovation and provide an economic benefit.
The recipient is Philip Morris USA and Hourigan Construction, for their work on the Philip Morris USA Center for Research and Technology. The Center for Research and Technology is an exciting economic catalyst for the region, and is an important business step for Philip Morris USA.
