The Virginia Association of REALTORS® is conducting a series of workshops on risk management for real estate brokers beginning April 2. The classes, which are being held at six locations around the state, feature VAR Special Counsel Lawrence E. (Lem) Marshall and real estate brokerage efficiency expert Drexanne Evers.
The first class focuses on short sales and foreclosures; other topics will include office policy, corporate matters, and legal updates as the tour progresses around the state. A list of dates and locations is available in the Virginia Manager's Council area of VARealtor.com.
Registration is $30-$80 for Realtor members, with discounts applied for online registration. Management continuing education credit is available.
