    Foreclosure-Response.org is an online guide to foreclosure prevention and neighborhood stabilization developed and maintained by the Center for Housing Policy, KnowledgePlex, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), and the Urban Institute.

  • National Community Stabilization Trust
    The National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST) is a new national nonprofit organization created to connect servicers and investors holding foreclosed properties with local organizations and coalitions working to stem the decline of communities with high concentrations of vacant and abandoned foreclosed properties.

  • NeighborWorks America: Stable Communities
    A national nonprofit organization created by Congress to provide financial support, technical assistance, and training for community-based revitalization efforts.

  • SCOPE Project (Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®)
    The SCOPE (Selling City Owned Properties Efficiently) Project is designed to create a simplified and cost effective process for putting vacant and underutilized City-owned properties back into productive use. The program engages local real estate agents to list and sell the properties via the multiple listing service to responsible buyers, who will rehabilitate the properties within 18 months of the settlement.
