VAR Committee Chair/Vice Chair Orientation

To better prepare you for the responsibilities associated with your role, VAR will host a special orientation session, required for all 2011 committee and specialty group chairs and vice-chairs, to be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 from 10 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Our agenda will include an overview of VAR governance policies, processes, legal issues, and meeting management, as well as an important discussion of VAR’s 2011 strategic priorities and how the work of the group you’ll lead should be influenced by those priorities.
