What Is ITI?

ITI stands for Instructor Training Institute, and is a professional development resource for real estate instructors and trainers. This is not your average "presentation skills" training program. The Instructor Training Institute is tailored to help you improve your course development and delivery skills.

The VAR Instructor Training Institute is your key to perfecting your course development skills, enhancing your ability to engage students, and improving your delivery style. Participants will walk away with intensive training in the various adult learning styles. Attend this course and you’ll receive

A video clip of you instructing and presenting;
Constructive critiques from the facilitator and colleagues;
Insight on using visual aids and effectively dealing with different learning styles; and
A better understanding of what it takes to design and deliver an effective seminar.
