Meeting Policies
- Registration is required for attendance at any meeting event or function (includes spouse, guest(s), and children).
- Full registration includes all governance meetings and education sessions plus all non-ticketed events February 12-15, 2008. One-day registrants are limited to events on their chosen day.
- Transfer or substitution of registration is not allowed.
- No advance registrations will be taken after February 4, 2008.
Reservation for Education:
Due to limited seating, you MUST have a ticket for education sessions to ensure a seat in the session of your choice. We do have a limited number of tickets available on site, at the VAR Registration Desk, first come, first serve. Ticket holders must be seated promptly at the beginning of the session or will forfeit their seat.
Cancellation Requests:
- NO refunds will be made after February 4, 2008.
Attire:
- Casual business attire is recommended for all meetings.
- The Awards Banquet is business attire.
Banquet Seating:
- Reserved seating will be handled at the VAR Registration Desk.
