Virginia home sales, median prices show strong growth in April 2012

Home sales in Virginia increased 14% year-over-year in April 2012 – a welcome sign of further stability and growth in the Commonwealth’s housing markets.  In further exciting news, the median sales price also increased by nearly 4%, and average days on market decreased!
