"Your Realtor’s Role" — updated, upgraded, and printable
The June issue of Commonwealth (probably in your mailbox today) has a brand-spanking-new version of the classic “A Realtor’s Role.” This one — renamed “Your Realtor’s Role” — is rewritten from the ground up to be quicker, clearer, and more useful for your clients.
That’s the idea, after all. “Your Realtors Role” is for consumers, and it not only explains what your job is, it takes into account the new agency law. It’s a perfect piece to help explain what they have to sign and why — and show them the value of using a Realtor when they buy or sell.
What’s more, we’ve created a PDF version sized for a standard printer — 8-1/2 x 11 — available at VARealtor.com/realtorsrole so you can print out as many copies as you want, on whatever kind of paper or cardstock you like.
Go forth and download. Print lots, pass ‘em out. (And let us know what you think.)
