  • Neil Kalin
    Neil Kalin is the Assistant Legal Counsel for the California Association of REALTORS®. He provides training to the California Association of REALTORS® and local associations on short sales, foreclosures and REOs DRE credit. He has also been endorsed by Bay East Association of REALTORS®.
  • Robert Kutschbach
    Robert Kutschbach of Hondros College and Carleton Realty presented at the NAR Risk Management Forum at 2008 Annual Conference on “Short Sales and Other High Risk Transactions in Today’s Environment” as well as at a number of other real estate conferences.
  • Lynn Madison, ABR, ABRM, GRI, SRES, SRS
    Lynn Madison has been an instructor at the NAR convention for over 10 years and has been an instructor for both the At Home with Diversity program and the entire array of REBAC designation programs since ABR become a part of the NAR family. Recently, Lynn co-authored the re-write of the REBAC Short Sales and Foreclosures: What Every Buyer Agent Needs to Know program and speaks nationally on the issue of preparing Realtors for working with short sales.
