This in depth review covers the details of brokerage relationships with every customer including buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.  In addition, you’ll find all you need to know about property/agency disclosure and confidentiality.    Required for the GRI Designation.  Does not satisfy the Residential Standard Agency 3 Hour class requirement.
