The Virginia Association of REALTORS® headquarters is located near the intersection of Interstates I-95 and I-295 just north of Richmond. Find us on Google Maps.

From I-295, exit on Route 1 North (Brook Road towards Ashland). At the first stoplight, turn right on Virginia Center Parkway, travel straight ahead for a half mile, then make the second left onto Telegraph Road. VAR will be on your right.

From I-95, exit onto I-295 West (Charlottesville), then quickly exit on Route 1 North (Brook Road towards Ashland). At the first stoplight, turn right on Virginia Center Parkway, travel straight ahead for a half mile, then make the second left onto Telegraph Road. VAR will be on your right.
